In Mandaikadu Bhagavati Amman Temple Koda Festival is celebrated, this temple is located Mandaikadu in Kanyakumari District.Goddess Bhagavathi Amman is believed to cure her devotees from any possible disease. People offer to Goddess Bhagavathi Amman rice, pepper, jaggery, turmeric, dolls, silver and wood pieces being replicas of parts of the body.On the last day priest offers Odukka puja at mid night and liquid made of lime, turmeric and other ingredients is offered to the goddess.
