About Festival
Ekadesi Festival comes twice every month and celebrated in 11 the day of the moon.On the day of Ekadesi man and women observed the fast. This day is celebrated in honour of Lord Vishnu.

On the day of Ekadesi People bathe in the morning and worship in the Vishnu temple and fast the whole day.Some people do not take anything on this day.On the next day people bathe early and worship in the temple, obtain Prasadam or leavings of offerings, put sandal paste to their forehead, breast and arms and then break the fast.
